HEAL YOUR WELLNESS WOUND™

HEALING CIRCLES

You are the one who thinks of everything, handles everything and keeps everyone moving.

You know you need rest, support, boundaries and space for yourself.

But when life gets full, someone is struggling or something needs to be handled, you automatically become the planner, fixer, problem-solver and emotional support system.

And your care disappears again.

Heal Your Wellness Wound™ Healing Circles are for women who are ready to understand why they keep carrying so much—and begin practicing a different way.

You already know what you should be doing.

✔️ You know you need relief.
✔️ You know you cannot keep putting yourself last.
✔️ You know carrying everything this way is exhausting you.

But knowing has not stopped you from stepping in, taking over and telling yourself:

“I’ll get back to me when things calm down.”

The problem is not that you need more information.

Over-functioning may have become an automatic response—one connected to feeling safe, needed, appreciated or certain that things will get done.

That is why another planner, affirmation or self-care routine may not be enough to create lasting change.

What is the Wellness Wound™?

The Wellness Wound™ is the hurt created by the messages we receive from family, society, culture and the wellness industry about who we should be, how our bodies should look and what we must do to be considered healthy, worthy or enough.

Those messages can lead us to chase perfection and try diet after diet, routine after routine, program after program—each time hoping this will finally be the thing that works.

That cycle creates hope fatigue: the exhaustion of repeatedly trying, hoping and starting again, only to feel as though you have failed when the change does not last.

For an over-functioning woman, the Wellness Wound™ can show up as trying harder, carrying more and overriding her own needs to keep everything else moving.

These Healing Circles may be for you if…

  • You are the person everyone depends on, but you do not feel equally supported.
  • Your mind is constantly planning, anticipating and remembering what everyone else needs.
  • You feel responsible for fixing problems or managing everyone’s emotional state.
  • You struggle to accept help because it may not be done the way you would do it.
  • Your care disappears whenever work, family or life becomes demanding.
  • You know what needs to change but return to the same patterns when you are stressed.
  • You are ready to stop carrying everything alone.

What the Healing Circles will help you do

You will do this in a supportive circle where you can be honest about what you are carrying, hear that you are not alone and practice change without having to figure it all out by yourself.

These circles will help you recognize when you are over-functioning, understand what drives the pattern and begin practicing a different response.

Together, we will explore how to:

  • Notice when you are automatically fixing, rescuing or taking over.
  • Understand why letting go, receiving help or disappointing someone feels so difficult.
  • Separate what truly belongs to you from what you have learned to carry.
  • Allow other people to take ownership of their responsibilities and emotions.
  • Create care that does not disappear every time life becomes demanding.

This is not about dropping every responsibility or changing your entire life overnight.

It is about learning to ask:

What can I let go of? What support do I need? What would it look like to stop overriding myself in order to keep everything else moving?

I'M FARHANA.

I work with women who are tired of blaming themselves when the care they intended to sustain disappears the moment life becomes demanding.

For years, I have watched capable women approach their wellbeing as though they simply need more discipline, motivation or better habits.

But the pattern is often deeper.

When you have learned to be the dependable one, the problem-solver or the person who keeps everything moving, caring for yourself can feel uncomfortable, disruptive or even unsafe.

My work brings together holistic wellness, personal training, nutrition and behavioral change with deeper exploration of the emotional patterns that shape how we care for ourselves.

I created Heal Your Wellness Wound™ Healing Circles because awareness matters—but awareness alone does not always help you respond differently when real life activates the pattern again.
