Step 1: Book Your Private “Wholeness Blueprint” Session

Right after enrolling, you’ll schedule your 1:1 session where we map out exactly what you need to stay connected to yourself this season.

During this call, I learn:

Step 2: Look for Your Personalized Practices

After our session, you’ll receive your personalized practices inside the TrueCoach app, which you’ll download after our first call. It’s quick, free, and simple.

These practices are based entirely on what you need. They may be grounding, awareness-based, somatic, or emotional — depending on your patterns.

They’re not workouts, tasks, or something to “get right.”
