From Extremes to Results That Stick...

 I haven't always been healthy.Â
Â
I’m a woman who’s had to rebuild herself—more than once.
Â
I’ve battled my weight and my body image most of my life, swinging from overweight… to anorexic… to overweight again.
Layer that with a history of abuse (verbal, mental, emotional, physical), substance patterns, and self-inflicted harm—and you get what a lot of people don’t see; the real reason “just eat better and work out” doesn’t stick when your nervous system is living on high alert.
I dedicated my life to healing. I started training, cleaned up my habits, and eventually became a Certified Personal Trainer. And here’s the part nobody glamorizes.
In my drive to succeed, I worked long hours, shoveled food between sessions, and called “socializing” the same thing as self-care. Dinners, happy hours, quick fixes. The weight came back—plus interest.
Behind closed doors, I judged my body and hid in baggy clothes and a trainer jacket, feeling like an imposter in the life I was “supposed” to represent. I didn’t need more discipline. I needed someone to help me walk through what was actually running the show.
That’s when everything changed.
I added energy healing to my toolbelt because I realized physical change doesn’t start in the gym—or even with food. It starts with unraveling the baggage, the conditioning, the survival patterns, and the beliefs that built the problem in the first place.
And I don’t take full credit for my turnaround. I’ve had mentors, teachers, and helpers along the way.
What I will take credit for is this: I stopped pretending the struggle meant I was broken.
My journey wasn’t something to hide. It became the map I now use to help other women stop fighting their bodies—and finally build wellness that doesn’t require burnout, perfection, or a fake “health persona.”Â
